Dharma and Buddha’s Teaching

The Dharma refers to the teachings of the Buddha from his instructions on how to live happily and well to his explanations about the nature of reality and life.

Some quotes:

The Practice of Dharma Is To Change Your Attitude Towards Life and Give Up Attachment To Worldly Concerns.

The Essence of the Dharma Practice Isn’t Our External Performance, but our Internal Motivation.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one getting burned.

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
