About our AGM (Annual General Meeting) first, where we will be electing our new committee for next year. I previously mentioned that it will the coming Wednesday, but I’m sorry we will have to postpone it for one week. Details as follow:

The AGM will take place in IC and the dinner will be at Kiasu, Bayswater (the restaurant who sponsored us free food for “Buddhism without Borders”).

As you might already know that Amaravati Buddhist Monastery is a very nice temple at Hemel Hempstead, but quite difficult to get to. Normally we will need to take the train from Euston and then a taxi to the Monastery, we would like to make it easier for you by renting a coach for 50 people which will take us from Central London to Amaravati directly. If we go by coach, it will only cost us
£12 per person
Money will be collected during any of our meetings before the trip
If the response is good, we will donate the extra money collected to Amaravati. It took us a while to decide the date and I picked Sat 24th March at the end as it’s the end of term for most of us. Hope you can make it, please feel free to ask any questions about the trip.
