Activities & Meeting

The Imperial College Buddhist Society meets for Dharma sessions fortnightly on Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8pm. (Note NO sessions during holiday) The Dharma refers to the teachings of the Buddha from his instructions on how to live happily and well to his explanations about the nature of reality and life. In our sessions, we hope to encompass both the practical and theoretical aspects of the Dharma through a range of activities such as simple Buddhist meditation, discussions about life issues and ethics, and reading/ interpretation of the Buddha’s words (which are found in Sutras). All are welcome at any of our sessions regardless of belief.
